Her Purpose, His Plan – Online Booking Policy A Division of SCS Media Inc. Thank you for your interest in being a guest on Her Purpose, His Plan! We’re honored to share meaningful conversations that uplift, inspire, and point to God’s greater purpose. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all parties, please review our online booking policy below. Scheduling & Confirmation All podcast guest bookings are managed via our official online booking platform. Once you submit your request, you will receive a confirmation email with the scheduled time, video conferencing link (Zoom or similar), and session details. Please review all details carefully and confirm your availability. Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand life happens! If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a delay in rescheduling or loss of future booking privileges. In the rare event that Her Purpose, His Plan must reschedule, you will be notified promptly with alternative dates. Video & Audio Consent By booking a session, you consent to be recorded via video and audio for use in the Her Purpose, His Plan podcast and associated promotional materials by SCS Media Inc. We retain full rights to edit, publish, and distribute the content across all platforms, including audio streaming, video platforms, and social media. Guests are welcome to share final episodes on their personal or professional platforms with proper credit. Mutual Respect & Representation We kindly ask that all guests appear in a distraction-free, quiet environment with a stable internet connection and good lighting Please dress appropriately and remain respectful of our mission to honor faith, professionalism, and integrity. Her Purpose, His Plan reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any interview if conditions are not met or if content is deemed misaligned with our values. Confidentiality & Protection Any personal or sensitive information shared off the record will remain confidential and will not be published. Both parties are protected under this policy to ensure dignity, professionalism, and safety in all interactions.
